We currently deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable unless clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Inside major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Outside major cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size/weight
  • Ongoing promotional offers

Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected campaigns or minimum order values.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email (when available).

You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery status through the courier service.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable

The order may be returned. In such cases, re-delivery may require an additional shipping charge.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Swiss Sustain is not responsible for delivery failure or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Damaged or Missing Items in Transit

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or items are missing:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and proof

We will investigate and arrange replacement or resolution if approved.
