I’m Nur, the founder of Swiss Sustain.

Swiss Sustain was born from a personal experience in Switzerland an experience that changed the way I think about quality, design, durability, and the products we bring into our homes.

On 14 May 2024, I arrived in Switzerland to begin a new chapter of my life and pursue my bachelor's studies at the University of Zurich.

It was a cold day, yet beautifully sunny. From the moment I arrived, Switzerland's extraordinary natural beauty left a lasting impression on me. But beyond its landscapes, I soon became equally fascinated by something much closer to everyday life: the quality, design, functionality, and longevity I experienced in Swiss homes and everyday products.

That experience became the beginning of Swiss Sustain.

Where It All Began

During my time in Switzerland, I had the opportunity to experience home accessories and interior products firsthand.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail.

I encountered products that felt refined, thoughtfully designed, functional, and remarkably durable. Many pieces did not simply look beautiful! They felt as though they had been created with the intention of remaining useful and attractive for years.

I personally used and lived with products over extended periods, and that experience shaped my perspective.

I began to appreciate the difference between something that is simply attractive today and something that continues to bring value to a home over time.

For me, truly good home accessories should bring together quality, functionality, durability, and timeless beauty.

That realization stayed with me.

And eventually, it became an idea.

Why I Created Swiss Sustain

As I experienced more of Switzerland's approach to design and quality, I began asking myself:

Why shouldn't people around the world have access to beautiful, thoughtfully selected home accessories that are designed with quality and longevity in mind?

That question became the foundation of Swiss Sustain.

I wanted to create a home accessories brand inspired by the qualities that had impressed me so deeply in Switzerland-thoughtful design, attention to detail, functionality, refinement, and lasting value.

The vision was simple:

To bring beautifully designed, premium-quality home accessories to people beyond Switzerland and help them create homes they genuinely enjoy living in.

When I arrived in Switzerland on 14 May 2024, I was beginning a new chapter of my life as a student.

For me, Switzerland changed the way I looked at home design and the relationship between quality, beauty, functionality, and longevity.
